We are aware of an interruption with credit card processing that may be affecting various merchants. We have all the proper teams engaged and this is of the highest priority for us to resolve. Some of the responses that merchants may be receiving are below. Please be advised that there could be external factors such as ISP, TPP connectivity, and other events beyond our control. We are working on identifying the root cause and we will work on providing updates until the interruption is resolved.

Internal Server Error
Token error or similar error that mention "Token"
ALL devices showing “Offline”
Communication Error 5018, OR “OFFLINE” on the chip device – PLEASE POWER OFF/ON the CHIP DEVICE. If device still shows 5018 or OFFLINE, then wait for an “update” or a “Resolved” email and power off/on again. It does not hurt to power off/on occasionally to see if they come online.
