Service Affected: OwnCloud Server
Details: We will be performing an update on our OwnCloud Server on 1/22/2025 starting at 4am EST and lasting approximately 2 hours. During this time, customers will not be able to retrieve files and reports from the OwnCloud Application. However, you will still be able to write reports to be retrieved once this full process is completed. Please note, these reports will not be available for retrieval until after the maintenance window and the subsequent resync process is complete.
Your roomMaster Cloud PMS and all other applications will continue to work normally and are not affected by this update.
