Intermittent Timeouts on roomMaster Payment Gateway
We are currently experiencing intermittent timeouts with our roomMaster Payment Gateway. This issue may affect some credit card transactions, resulting in unexpected delays or failures in processing payments. Our teams are currently investigating this issue.
To ensure that none of your customer are inadvertently double charged, we urge you to review your portal transactions carefully. Please make sure all duplicate entries are voided before batching.
